Hunter Price International, a supplier of impactful consumer products for many high street retailers, has announced the acquisition of online toy retailer BargainMax.co.uk for an undisclosed sum.

The deal accelerates Hunter Price’s growth and expansion strategy, building on the business’ “most successful” trading year to date in 2023.

According to Hunter Price, The acquisition of BargainMax.co.uk “reinforces its relentless customer first approach and commitment to its unique proposition within the retail industry, across Toys, Accessories, Lifestyle, Stationery, Arts and Crafts”.

Further information will be shared regarding the acquisition over the coming months.
