Aldi becomes Scotland’s 3rd biggest supermarket by volume, Kantar finds

Aldi Scotland now commands a higher volume market share than Co-op (7.2%), Sainsbury’s (7.6%), Lidl (8.9%) and Morrisons (8.8%)

Aldi Scotland has revealed its volume share of the grocery market has increased to 11%, moving ahead of Morrisons and Sainsbury’s for the first time to become the third biggest supermarket, according to new data from Kantar.
