South Gloucestershire Council completes £10m shopping centre purchase
The investment, which was awarded funding by the government on 26 December 2020, and completion of the purchase enables the council to develop plans to improve and redevelop works in and around the High Street
South Gloucestershire Council has revealed that it has completed the acquisition of the Kings Chase Shopping Centre and car park in Kingswood for £10m in a step towards regenerating the Town Centre.
