Burberry appoints new chief information officer

Charlotte Baldwin currently holds the position of global chief digital and information officer at Costa Coffee

Luxury fashion retailer Burberry has announced the appointment of Charlotte Baldwin as its new chief information officer, who is due to join at the end of March. 

Baldwin, who will be responsible for leading Burberry’s global technology team, will also join the executive committee and will report to group chief executive officer Joshua Schulman.

She currently holds the position of global chief digital and information officer at Costa Coffee, where she oversees the company’s technology, digital and data organisation. 

Prior to joining Costa Coffee, Baldwin was chief information, digital and transformation officer of Bupa Insurance at Bupa.

In addition, she previously held senior roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Pearson and Thomson Reuters.
