Cribbs Mall secures three new retailers

Castore, Austen and Blake Kiko Milano will occupy 573 sq ft, 967 sq ft, and 800 sq ft units respectively and help ensure that Cribbs Mall continues to offer a diverse range of retailers

Cribbs Mall has secured lettings with three retailers who will take a combined 2,340 sq ft of space at the shopping centre.

Sportswear manufacturer Castore, jewellers Austen and Blake, and make-up specialist Kiko Milano will occupy 573 sq ft, 967 sq ft, and 800 sq ft units respectively and help ensure that Cribbs Mall continues to offer a diverse range of retailers for its customers.

Castore, which was founded in 2015 in Manchester, is a sportswear and athletic clothing brand which supplies leading sports teams including the England Cricket Team, Red Bull and McLaren Formula One teams, as well as football shirts for the likes of the Republic of Ireland, Rangers, Bayer Leverkusen, and Everton.

Its precision performance sportswear uses unique fabric blends and rigorous testing by athletes to ensure they are technically superior to rival brands.

Meanwhile, Austen and Blake, which opened its first store in Manchester in 2018, now has more than 15 jewellery stores across the UK.

Providing custom-made jewellery ranging from engagement and wedding rings to special occasions and everyday looks, Austen and Blake’s expert craftspeople are able to work with its customers to bring their designs to life.

Lastly, cosmetic brand Kiko Milano will be bringing its array of professional make-up, with eye, lip, and face lines, as well as skincare treatments to West Country shoppers.

The presence of these three brands will look to help further increase footfall at Cribbs Mall, after it recorded a growth of 8% over 2023, as it looks to maintain its position as one of the South West’s leading attractions.

Scott Linard, portfolio director at M&G Real Estate, said: “These new arrivals enhance Cribbs Mall’s reputation as a hub for leading fashion, beauty, and jewellery brands in the West Country and will give our shoppers even more choice when visiting the centre.

“The centre has always been a great supporter in the development of innovative businesses over the years thanks to our strong customer base who are always keen to see exciting new names at Cribbs Mall, as well as our flexible units which allow occupiers to adapt their spaces according to their specific needs. We therefore look forward to continuing to grow our occupier mix to ensure we remain the leading shopping destination in the region.”
