MAC appoints new senior vice president of global marketing

Emily Bromfield was previously chief marketing officer and managing director at Dr Barbara Sturm

MAC Cosmetics has announced the appointment of Emily Bromfield as senior vice president, global marketing. 

In this role, Bromfield will report directly to Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, SVP global general manager of the company, overseeing the brand’s global marketing strategies across all categories and channels. 

With a career marked by a blend of experience from L’Oréal to entrepreneurial ventures, she brings expertise to the brand. Throughout her tenure as chief marketing officer and managing director at Dr Barbara Sturm, she drove “rapid” growth culminating in the brand’s acquisition in January 2024. 

Prior to that, Bromfield was integral to the founding team at Charlotte Tilbury Ltd, where she shaped the brand’s go-to market strategy, brand positions and social media presence.

In her new role at MAC, she will bring her mindset and consumer-first approach to the brand, helping to expand its global presence and appeal across established and emerging markets. She will also serve as a key global partner to all MAC regions and affiliates. 

Regarding Bromfield’s appointment, Moudachirou-Rébois said: “We are thrilled to welcome Emily Bromfield to the MAC family, as our senior vice president, global marketing.
