Superdrug opens largest UK store at Westfield Stratford

The newly extended store will offer customers access to the latest health and beauty products, everyday toiletries, beauty treatments and luxury fragrances

Superdrug has today (28 June) opened the doors to its biggest UK store in Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre, London

The store, which has doubled in size to 9,890 sq ft, continues Superdrug’s expanding bricks-and-mortar retail footprint. The retailer plans to open 25 new stores in 2024, as it celebrates its 60th year on the British high street.

The newly extended store will offer customers access to the latest health and beauty products, everyday toiletries, beauty treatments and luxury fragrances, such as Superdrug’s own-brand cosmetics range Studio London and other best-selling ranges including B. Skin, Me+, Vitamin E, Optimum and Naturally Radiant.

Customers will be able to discover an array of beauty and personal care brands from the likes of Relove by Revolution and MUA, as well as trending brands such as Morphe 2 and Avon.

Shoppers can also find their go-to scent at the store’s new fragrance counter, featuring promotions on perfume and aftershave by brands such as YSL, Viktor and Rolf, Giorgio Armani, Prada and Valentino.

The now bigger store will also feature a brand new Beauty Studio which has doubled in size, where shoppers can access professional treatments at affordable prices without having to make an appointment. 

Nigel Duxbury, property director at Superdrug, said: “We are delighted to be opening an even bigger store at Westfield Stratford, making it the largest Superdrug store in the UK. We are confident that local customers will be excited by the new store offering and enjoy our ranges of popular health and beauty brands, luxury fragrance counters and professional Beauty Studio.”
