Games Workshop profits to hit £200m in FY results
The company intends to announce its 2024 Annual Report for the 53 weeks ended 2 June 2024 on 30 July 2024
Games Workshop has said it expects its profit-before-tax will hit “no less” than £200m in its full-year results, up from £171m the prior year.
It comes as the group’s core revenues are expected to be not less than £490m in the 53 weeks ended 2 June 2024, up from £445m in FY23. It also expects to report a licensing income of £30m, up from £25m.
In its latest trading update, the group said that in recognition of its employees’ contributions to these results, it has paid group profit share cash payments amounting in total to £18m over the year, up from £11m in 2022/23. Games workshop stated that these are paid in cash on an equal basis to each member of staff.
Dividends declared and paid in the year were also £138m, 420 pence per share (2022/23: declared and paid £136m, 415 pence per share).
The company intends to announce its results in the 2024 annual report, which will be published on 30 July 2024.
