Asos delays FY23 full-year results
The analyst presentation for the FY23 results will be held at 9:30am on 1 November 2023 at Asos HQ
Asos has announced that it is due to delay the publishing of its FY23 results by one week to 1 November 2023.
The company stated that the delay is to allow its auditor, PwC, to complete its planned testing.
PwC has assured the Asos board that the outstanding procedures are “limited in nature.
Asos confirmed that its performance for the period to 3 September 2023 is in-line with that reported at the post-close trading update on 26 September 2023.
This included an adjusted group revenue of £3.5bn and a H2 adjusted EBIT of more than £38m, resulting in a full year adjusted EBIT loss of no more than £31m.
