Browns CEO to move into the role of chair

As part of the changes, Paul Brennan, COO, will be moving into the newly created role of managing director for where he will be in charge of running the day to day operations

Browns has announced some managerial changes within the company which included the moving of Holli Rogers, CEO, into the role of chair with effect 1 April 2021.

As part of the changes, Paul Brennan, COO, will be moving into the newly created role of managing director for where he will be in charge of running the day to day operations.

As part of Rogers new role as chair, it will allow her to continue to provide guidance on the strategic and creative direction of Browns while focusing on the Farfetch brand, which the group became part of in 2015.

In 2019, she took on the additional role of chief brand officer for Farfetch, since then she has ensured “continuous growth” and oversaw the Browns rebranding in 2016.

In October 2020, through her leadership, she oversaw the BFC partnerships and company initiatives such as upfront payment for young designers, and the recent development and launch of the new flagship store, Browns Brook Street which is due to open shortly.
